1st Class Recorded Delivery only insures your goods up to the value of £36. If you checkout using the 'Enhanced Compensation' option, your goods are covered up to the value of £100. |
Special Delivery
Use this service if your item is urgent or valuable. Special Delivery is guaranteed delivery by 1pm next working day and covers your goods up to the value of £500. |
Shipping and Handling
All our products are despatched via Royal Mail within the UK. Locations outside the UK will be sent via Air Mail. If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. If the 2nd delivery attempt fails, and the item is returned to ourselves, the customer will be expected to pay postage again. |
